You can drop off products at our studio at 40N East Coast Road, Singapore 429090, by appointment, or send them by courier. We return them after the shoot.

Turnaround depends on the number of products and the level of retouching. We confirm the delivery date in your quote, and rush delivery can be arranged for launches.

We have an in-house colour specialist. During every shoot we calibrate colour and compare the shots against the actual products, so the colours in your images match what customers receive. This matters most for cosmetics, fashion, jewellery and any product where the exact shade affects buying decisions.

Yes. We provide simple props such as backdrops, fabrics and stones for styling. If your shoot needs specific props, such as branded items or particular accessories, please provide them when you send your products.

Standard retouching includes colour correction, exposure and white-balance adjustments, dust and minor scratch removal, background cleanup, cropping, straightening and alignment. We also refine shadows and reflections where needed and keep colours and presentation consistent across the full image set. Advanced work, such as complex compositing, label replacement, major product reshaping, extensive surface restoration, or adding or removing product elements, is quoted separately.

Yes. Send us examples of your current product photos or your brand guidelines, and we match the background, lighting, angles, cropping and shadow style so new images sit seamlessly alongside your existing catalogue.

Send us a product list with quantities, reference images of the style you want and the platforms where the images will be used. Make sure products are clean and complete, with labels, tags and packaging exactly as you want them shown.

Yes. We photograph high-volume eCommerce catalogues using a fixed lighting and angle template, so every product in the range looks consistent. Share your product quantity and timeline, and we will plan the shoot schedule and quote.

No. Most clients send their products with a brief and reference images, and we handle the shoot and share images for approval. You are welcome to attend the shoot at our East Coast studio by appointment if you would like to direct key shots in person.
